Workplace Breathwork Sessions, Corporate Wellbeing Cornwall & Devon

Supporting employee wellbeing, resilience, and nervous system regulation through Conscious Connected Breathwork

Modern workplaces can be fast-paced and demanding, and many people experience ongoing stress, overwhelm, or mental fatigue as they navigate their work and personal lives.

Conscious Connected Breathwork offers a powerful yet accessible way for individuals and teams to reset their nervous systems, release built-up tension, and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity, calm, and presence.

I offer tailored breathwork sessions designed specifically for workplaces – supporting employees to regulate stress, expand their capacity to navigate challenges, and cultivate a more balanced and resilient internal state. These sessions can be delivered as one-off wellbeing events, integrated into wellbeing programmes, or offered as regular sessions for teams.

Why Breathwork in the Workplace?

Our breathing patterns are directly connected to our nervous system and emotional state. Many people unknowingly spend much of their day in a subtle stress response – particularly in demanding work environments.  Regular breathwork practice can help employees:

  • Reduce stress and nervous system overload
  • Increase their window of tolerance and emotional resilience
  • Improve focus, clarity, and decision-making
  • Release accumulated tension from the body
  • Develop healthier responses to pressure and challenge
  • Cultivate greater presence, creativity, and self-awareness
  • Experience deeper rest and recovery

Over time, these shifts can support individuals to approach work and life with greater steadiness, capacity, and wellbeing.

Benefits for Teams and Workplace Culture

Beyond individual wellbeing, breathwork can also support healthier and more connected team environments. Practising together can create a shared experience that encourages openness, empathy, and mutual understanding. Workplace breathwork sessions can help teams:

  • Build stronger interpersonal connection
  • Foster psychological safety and trust
  • Reduce collective stress and burnout
  • Improve emotional regulation and communication
  • Support a culture that values wellbeing and balance

Many teams find that shared wellbeing practices help create a more grounded, supportive working environment.

Session Options

Sessions can be adapted to suit the needs and structure of your organisation.

Group Sessions are ideal for::

  • team wellbeing days
  • leadership retreats
  • company off-sites
  • regular staff wellbeing sessions
  • conference or event programmes

Group sessions typically last 90 minutes and include:

  • a gentle arrival and introduction to conscious connected breathwork
  • toolkit for nervous system regulation
  • guided conscious connected breathing practice
  • a closing integration period to help participants ground and reflect

No experience necessary – sessions are suitable for beginners and are held in a trauma-aware and supportive space.

1:1 Breathwork for Employees
Some organisations choose to offer individual breathwork sessions to support employees experiencing higher levels of stress, overwhelm, or personal challenge.  These sessions provide a private and supportive environment where individuals can:

  • regulate their nervous system
  • process emotional tension or stress
  • develop personal breathing tools for daily life
  • build resilience and self-awareness

Sessions can be offered online or in person, depending on location.

Delivery Options

Sessions can be offered in several ways:

  • In-person sessions at your workplace or another suitable venue
  • Online sessions via Zoom for remote or distributed teams
  • One-off wellbeing events
  • Ongoing monthly or quarterly sessions
  • Individual sessions for employees who would benefit from additional support

Group sizes can range from small teams of up to 10 participants to larger groups of 20+ participants.

A Safe and Supportive Approach

All breathwork sessions are held with deep care and integrity.  I work in a trauma-aware and participant-led way, creating a supportive environment where people feel safe to explore the practice at their own pace.  No previous breathwork experience is required.  Participants are always encouraged to listen to their bodies and engage with the practice in a way that feels comfortable for them.
