About Emma

I am a devoted mother, a certified breathwork facilitator, a Tantric Vinyasa yoga teacher, and a compassionate space holder. At the heart of everything I do is a deep reverence for presence, embodiment, and the innate wisdom we each carry within. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported – and it is my honour to offer that kind of space to others.

Nature is one of my greatest teachers and sources of restoration. I feel most at peace when walking among trees and woodlands, immersed in their stillness and grounding energy. I also cherish coastal walks and wild sea swims, which awaken a deep connection to the elements and my own breath. Alongside my love for movement and mindfulness, I have a lifelong curiosity for natural health and holistic living.

When facilitating breathwork or yoga sessions, I hold space with deep integrity and care. Creating a sacred, clear, and energetically safe environment is of utmost importance to me, allowing others to soften, explore, and journey into their own inner landscapes. Whether working one-to-one or in groups, I aim to guide each person home to themselves, fostering self-discovery, emotional release, and integration.

My professional training in Conscious Connected Breathwork is double accredited by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance (GPBA) and the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, reflecting a high standard of ethical and trauma-informed practice. I am also a qualified Tantric Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, having completed over 350 hours of accredited training through Yoga Alliance.
