What to Expect

Each session is tailored to suit the needs, setting, and energy of your group. Sessions typically last for 90 minutes and include:

  • An introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork
  • A fully guided breathwork journey supported by music and verbal guidance
  • Optional tools to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation
  • A closing integration period with space for grounding, reflection and optional sharing
  • All group sessions are held with deep care and integrity, creating a supportive, clear and sacred container where participants feel safe, seen, and able to engage with the experience at their own pace.

Delivery Options

  • In-person at your chosen venue
  • Online via Zoom for remote groups or international bookings
  • Group sizes can range from intimate gatherings of 3–5 to larger groups of 20+ participants. (For groups of more than 12 participants, an assistant may be required to ensure everyone is well supported.)
