Cancellation Policy
1:1 Sessions
You may cancel 1:1 sessions up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Bookings can be amended or transferred up to 48 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to reschedule by mutual agreement. Please note that an admin fee may be retained to cover costs associated with transferred sessions.
Events
Event bookings are non-refundable. However, with at least 7 days’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another event of equal value, taking place within 8 weeks of the original event date.
Retreats
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of the retreat date are non-refundable.
If cancelling more than 4 weeks in advance, please refer to the full retreats policy outlined in the event listing, or contact me directly.
A £40 admin fee applies to all refunds, regardless of when they are made, to cover processing and administrative costs.
