Cancellation Policy
1:1 Sessions
You may cancel 1:1 sessions up to 7 days in advance for a full refund.
Bookings can be amended or transferred up to 48 hours before the session start time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to reschedule by mutual agreement. Please note that an admin fee may be retained to cover costs associated with transferred sessions.
Events
Event bookings are non-refundable. However, with at least 7 days’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another event of equal value, taking place within 8 weeks of the original event date. Each booking may only be transferred once
