Conscious Connected Breathwork – Breathe & Reflect: A Journey Inward
October arrives with softer light, cooler evenings, and an invitation to slow our pace. As nature begins to release its leaves and retreat its energy beneath the surface, we too are invited to turn inward and listen more deeply to ourselves.

Gathering together on an autumn evening, beneath the gentle glow of fairy lights, this breathwork session offers a space to pause and reconnect. Away from the demands of everyday life, you’ll be invited to settle into the present moment and create room for whatever is asking to be seen, felt, or acknowledged within.

In this Breathe & Reflect journey, we’ll work with Conscious Connected Breathwork to support inner listening, emotional awareness, and self-compassion. Through the breath, you’ll have the opportunity to gently explore your inner landscape, connecting with thoughts, feelings, and insights that may be waiting beneath the surface of busyness and distraction.

Breathing together in community creates a powerful sense of safety and support. As we journey inward, the shared space invites authenticity, acceptance, and curiosity. There is nothing to fix, force, or achieve. Instead, this is an opportunity to meet yourself exactly where you are and trust the wisdom that emerges when you allow yourself to slow down.

October reminds us that not all growth happens in the light. Some transformations occur quietly, beneath the surface, in moments of reflection, rest, and honest self-inquiry. This is an invitation to embrace the richness of your inner world and honour the season’s gentle call inward.

Join us at The Core, within the beautiful Community Orchard, for a guided 90-minute breathwork journey designed to support reflection, grounding, and emotional awareness. You’ll be held in a warm and supportive circle as we breathe, listen, and explore the quieter wisdom of the season – together.

What to Expect:
Opening
We begin with a gentle check-in and an overview of the Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) technique. You’ll be guided through what to expect, how to navigate the experience, and given tools for both up-regulation and down-regulation so you can feel empowered throughout the session.

Together, we’ll set a clear intention around reflection, self-awareness, and inner listening – inviting the breath to support a deeper connection with yourself and whatever is present for you in this moment.

Breathwork Journey
You’ll be guided into a grounding and introspective breathwork journey, supported by a carefully curated musical playlist. Gentle verbal guidance will accompany the experience throughout, and optional hands-on support will be available if it feels supportive for you.

Integration & Sharing
We’ll close with time to rest, ground, and integrate your experience. There will be space to share reflections (if you wish), and you’ll receive simple aftercare guidance to support emotional and energetic integration following the session.

What to Bring:
A cosy blanket
A water bottle
A journal and pen (for any insights or intentions that you may wish to record directly after the session)
A light stomach – avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before
Warm, loose, comfortable clothing, especially around your waist and chest
