Join a growing community of breathers from the comfort of your own home. The Sunday Sigh is a soft and sacred monthly breathwork session designed to gently guide you into rest – helping you exhale the week and breathe into stillness. Held on the first Sunday evening of each month, it’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and soften into yourself before the new week begins.

Whether you’re returning each month or stepping in for the first time, you’ll be met with warmth, clarity, and care. Each 90-minute session includes a check-in, a clear introduction to the technique, a breathwork journey supported by music and gentle guidance, and time for grounding and integration.

Through this practice, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your inner landscape, tap into deeper layers of your consciousness, and release the mental and emotional residue of the week. The breath is a powerful tool for self-enquiry – allowing you to unwind gently, let go of what you no longer need, and reconnect with calm, clarity, and presence. Many participants find this evening session supports deeper sleep, emotional reset, and a more grounded start to the week.

You will need:

  • Good internet access with a camera on your phone or device

  • A private, uninterrupted space for the 90-minute session

  • Loose-fitting clothing, especially around the waist and chest

  • A set of headphones (strongly recommended for a more immersive experience)

  • A comfortable place to either sit upright (leaning against a wall or chair) or to lie down

  • A blanket and eye mask (optional)

  • A glass of water

  • Pen and notebook or journal (for integration if desired)

  • Pyjamas welcome – bring your cosiest self
